Atlas Counseling Services
Atlas Counseling Services is a Pittsburgh-based therapy practice owned by Dr. Darla Timbo, a seasoned educator and licensed therapist. She specializes in helping her clients navigate through life changes and transitions.
Before reaching out to The Rebrand Lab, Dr. Darla had been in business for years. But she never loved her business website and felt it wasn't doing a great job representing her private practice.
Her previous WordPress website heavily relied on stock photography which felt impersonal and didn't reflect Dr. Darla's personality. This made the site look generic, which meant most people who made their way to it didn't stay on it long. It was also hard to make changes to and required constant backend updates, which meant Atlas' services weren't up-to-date or were missing from the site completely.
Outside of the visuals, Dr. Darla also wanted help exploring and highlighting additional streams of income outside of individual therapy.

What happened after the site launched
Dr. Darla didn't need a prettier website. She needed one that looked and sounded like her. So I led with what stock photos never could. Her face, her personality, and her years of experience now show up right away, so people know exactly who they're working with before they ever inquire.
Then we looked beyond individual therapy. I designed a brand-new guest and keynote speaker page to officially launch the speaking side of her business, and we set up a free resource to start growing her email list.
The result? In just 3 months, Dr. Darla was fully booked with individual counseling clients for the rest of the year. She gets compliments on her website all the time, and for the first time, it reflects the level of care she provides. She's finally being seen as the professional she is.
