Atlas Counseling Services is a Pittsburgh-based therapy practice owned by Dr. Timbo, a seasoned educator and licensed therapist. She specializes in helping her clients navigate through life changes and transitions.
Project Challenge
Before reaching out to The Rebrand Lab, Dr. Timbo had been in business for years. However, she never loved her business website and felt it left much to be desired.
Her previous website heavily relied on stock photography which did not reflect her personality. This resulted in her website looking generic and disengaging. It was also difficult to update, which often resulted in the client's services not being up-to-date or missing all together from her website.
Dr. Timbo wanted help exploring and highlighting additional income avenues outside of the individual therapy services she was offering on her previous website. She also needed a full brand identity designed as previously she did not have brand guidelines and was using a single logo with commonly used clip art.
Project Results
Through her rebrand, we were able to strategically elevate Dr. Timbo's brand positioning as an expert in her field. Her updated brand and photography help put the focus on her personality and years worth of experience in the field.
Only 3 months after rebranding and launching her new website, Dr. Timbo was completely booked with individual counseling clients for the remainder of the year. She gets compliments on her brand often and finally feels that her website reflects the level of service she provides.
A Deeper Perspective
To save her time, we designed a variety of custom Canva templates that help Dr. Timbo quickly and easily create on-brand content for her social media accounts without designing from blank canvas.
