Ongoing SEO support to keep your website visible long after you launch.
A well-designed website is only the starting point. A Visibility Retainer keeps it working, because you didn’t launch your site to watch it die on page six of Google.
Whether you just launched or you’ve had your site for years and you’re wondering is anyone actually seeing this? I’ll handle your SEO strategy and tracking each month. So it never becomes one more marketing thing to figure out on your own.

A Visibility Retainer is calling your name if…
You're ready to hand off your SEO to someone who’ll stay on top of it
You want to rank on Google without chasing SEO trends or short-term fixes
You understand that search engine visibility compounds over time
You run a beauty or wellness brand and want to be found by the right clients

SEO isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it type of deal.
Visibility Retainers are designed around how SEO actually works. Instead of chasing quick wins, I focus on steady, intentional growth that builds your visibility over time.
Every month, I track how your site’s performing, fix the small stuff that slips (broken links, missing meta descriptions, that kind of thing), and hand you a content plan based on what people are actually searching for. Every quarter, we zoom out together to review your progress and decide where to focus next.
That's what keeps your website working in the background, introducing new people to your site when you're not even thinking about it.
monthly seo support
You understand that SEO is important, but it's definitely not on your list of things you're excited to learn...and now it never has to be.
Hey, I'm Domanique. I’m the founder of The Rebrand Lab.
I partner with beauty and wellness businesses who are tired of being invisible to the exact clients they're trying to reach. After years of designing strategic websites, one thing became clear as day to me: even the best sites need ongoing visibility to keep performing.
I mean, what good is having an amazing website if no one ever sees it? That’s like spending 3 hours getting ready for a night out, just to stay at home sitting on the couch instead. All dressed up, nowhere to be seen.
Visibility Retainers bridge that gap by combining SEO strategy, performance monitoring, and targeted optimization so your website keeps working while you stay focused on the day-to-day needs of your business.
So, what happens in our SEO Meeting?
Every quarter, we step back and look at the bigger picture during a guided SEO meeting (no boring 5-page reports allowed). We focus on what’s happening with your website and what we should do next.
During your the call, we’ll cover:
Organic traffic trends and visibility changes
Keyword movement and ranking progress
Google Business Profile performance
Wins, opportunities, and anything that needs attention
Strategic recommendations for the next quarter
You’ll leave understanding exactly what’s happening behind the scenes of your website and how your SEO is performing.

Have Questions?
Is this only for beauty and wellness businesses?
Yes. My clients get results because I know exactly what's working to help beauty and wellness pros show up on Google right now. If your business is in a different industry, you'll want to find an SEO specialist who's spent years working with similar brands. That's honestly how you get the best results.
What kind of results can I expect?
The goal of a Visibility Retainer isn't just getting you more views. It's to help you get found by more of the right people. You know, the kind that are actually interested in becoming clients.
Each month, you can expect to see incremental movement like keyword shifts, traffic trends, and small technical wins. The bigger jumps (new rankings, stronger local visibility) usually show up over 2-3 months, which we'll cover during your quarterly SEO Meetings.
Why's there a quarterly commitment?
Because SEO is more like planting seeds than flipping a switch. One month isn't enough time to implement, measure, and see what the work is actually doing. Three months gives us the runway to build real momentum and start seeing what consistent strategy can do for your visibility.
With that being said, unlike working with an SEO agency, there's no long-term contracts or annual lock-ins when we work together. At the end of each quarter, you can choose to continue working with me or we can wrap things up.
Do I need anything set up before we start?
You'll need Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console connected to your site before we get started, and I'll also check your schema markup. If any of that isn't set up yet, no worries. If anything needs to be created or connected, it'll be added to your first month's invoice as a one-time line item.
What happens after I apply?
I’ll review your application and take a look at your website within 2 business days. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over your contract and first month’s invoice. If your site needs any one-time setups (like connecting Google Analytics), I’ll include it on that first invoice, so you’ll know the full cost before you sign anything.
Your first month officially starts as soon as your contract is signed and your first payment goes through. From there, you’ll get an onboarding form to share more about your business and give me access to your accounts. The sooner access comes in, the sooner I can get to work.
And if a Visibility Retainer isn’t the right fit yet, I’ll tell you that too, and point you toward what makes more sense.
Does my website need to be SEO-ready before I apply?
Nope. Whether you built your site yourself, worked with another designer, or built it with me before SEO became part of my process, I'll check it during onboarding.
If anything's missing, like clear page structure, optimized headings, or schema markup, I'll use the first month of your retainer as a one-time cleanup phase.
Will I have to do anything?
A little, and I’d rather be upfront about it. I handle the strategy, tracking, small fixes, and behind-the-scenes work. You’ll get quarterly SEO Meetings so you always know what’s happening.
Your part is the content. Each month, you’ll get a Content Plan telling you exactly what to create, so the hardest part (figuring out what to write about) is already done for you. Write it yourself, run it through AI, or hand it to a copywriter. Whatever works for you.
Content is what gives Google new reasons to show your site to people, so it’s the piece that really moves the needle. Other than that, all I ask is that you stay responsive when I need your insight.
