What Hello Sunshine Birth & Wellness needed

Andrea ran Hello Sunshine Birth & Wellness for over a year without a website. Without a professional homebase, she was hesitant to market her business on the scale she needed to make it sustainable, which is what led her to The Rebrand Lab.

She wanted to work with someone who'd build her site on strategy, not just design something pretty. It also had to do some heavy lifting, Andrea wears two hats (life coach and doula), and both needed to be clear. Plenty of people came to her with the wrong idea of what a doula actually does, which meant a lot of email back and forth just to get everyone on the same page.

And because she works so closely with her clients, the site had to feel like an extension of her. Whether someone found her online or met her in person, she wanted them to feel that immediate connection.

What happened after the site launched

This was Andrea's first website, and it was her first step toward feeling like an official business.

She'd built up plenty of buzz around her launch, and the new site gave all of it somewhere to land. Once it went live, she booked several new clients and had several job applications come in from people who were more aligned with what she offers.

Part of that came from the copy. I defined both sides of her business so it's clear what she does and who each service is for, and I made educating visitors on what a doula actually does a priority throughout the site (while letting her personality do the selling). That helped create a lot less email back and forth in her inbox.
