How quickly will I see results from SEO?
Most clients start noticing shifts in their visibility within 2–3 months—but like any ethical SEO strategist will tell you, results are never guaranteed overnight.

How quickly you see results depends on things like your industry, your location, and how competitive your niche is. But if we stay consistent? That's when the long-term wins start stacking.

Why do I have to sign a retainer? I prefer month-to-month.
Totally get it—but here’s the deal: SEO isn’t instant. It’s more like planting seeds than flipping a switch.

That’s why I require a 3-month minimum commitment to get started. After that, you’re free to go month-to-month or sign another 3-month retainer to save money.

How much will I be involved in the SEO process?
Honestly? Not much—and that’s the point. You’ve got a business to run. I’ll handle the strategy, tracking, and behind-the-scenes work. You’ll get a straightforward monthly report (minus the overwhelming tech jargon) so you always know what’s happening. All I ask is that you stay responsive for when I need your insight to guide the strategy.

Do you offer SEO for businesses outside of Pittsburgh?
Yes! While I specialize in helping Pittsburgh-based businesses show up locally, I also work with service providers across the U.S. If you provide a service (virtually or in-person) and have a business website, we can build a visibility strategy that works, whether you're across the city or the globe.

What if my website doesn't have any SEO setup currently?
No worries, we can still work together! If your site doesn't have an SEO foundation, we’ll just start with that. There’s a one-time setup fee to cover the essentials: Google Analytics connection, Google Search Console submission, keyword research, and making sure your site is visible to search engines.

Once that’s in place, we can move into monthly visibility strategy and tracking from there.

Do I need to write blog posts for this to work?
Not necessarily, but content does help. Blog posts, videos, even FAQ pages all give Google more to work with.

Pro Trip: If blogging's not your thing, you can get creative with the content prompts provided each month (Growth retainer only). Try using them to guide your Instagram content or YouTube videos—then repurpose the transcript or summary on your blog for bonus SEO juice.

What’s the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Think of local SEO as helping you show up in search results for people in your area—like when someone types “Pittsburgh hair stylist” or “wedding planner near me.” It focuses on things like your Google Business Profile, local directory listings, and keywords that include your city or neighborhood.

Regular SEO is more general—it helps your website show up for searches that aren’t tied to a specific location, like “how to plan a luxury birthday party.”

Both matter, but if your business serves a specific city or region, local SEO is how we get you on the map—literally.
