Web Design for wellness providers
You didn’t spend years training (and a small fortune on certifications or degrees) to spend your time explaining your rates to people who were never a fit. That’s your website’s job, but right now it’s slacking.

A Workhorse Website™ sells people on you (and what you're best at) before you ever get on a call, so the people who reach out already get how you work and want exactly that.

Directories help get you found. Your website is what gets you chosen.
Right now, somebody's searching "grief counselor near me," landing on a directory, and scrolling past a grid of headshots that all say some version of "I provide a safe space." Your profile is in there...and so is everybody else's.
Your website is where you finally get to stand out from that grid. It gives you the room to show off your personality and quirks in a way a directory never could. That's how you go from competing on price to becoming THE counselor for Black women or THE doula for first-time moms. The one clients don’t think twice about paying out of pocket for.
The Workhorse Website™ difference
Keeps the
clients coming

Makes you the go-to choice
Your specialties, your approach, and who you're for, spelled out so clearly the right people see themselves in it. You stop blending in and start being the one they've been looking for. (And the people who aren't a fit figure that out before they ever inquire.)
Makes reaching out feel less scary
Asking for help is personal. A clear "here's what happens next," a little about you as a person, and a contact form that doesn't feel like paperwork make it easier for someone to take the first step towards working with you.
Answers the FAQs you get on repeat
Do you take insurance? Is it virtual or in person? What happens at the first appointment? Your site handles the repeat questions up front, so your inbox fills up with real inquiries instead of "quick question" emails.
Helps you get found on Google
SEO is half of what I do for a living, so it's never just a box I check at the end. Your pages get planned around what your clients type into Google (think “anxiety therapist near me”), and the behind-the-scenes stuff Google reads goes in before you launch.
Who this is for
Dietitians • Health Coaches • Acupuncturists • Therapists • Counselors • Doulas • Psychologists • Chiropractors • Massage Therapists • Yoga Studio Owners • Pilates Instructors
Lactation Consultants • Physical Therapists • Naturopaths • Midwives • Group Practice Owners • Personal Trainers • Nutritionists • Private Practice Owners • Life Coaches • Occupational Therapists

How your Workhorse Website™ comes together.
Website Strategy
We get clear on what you want to be known for & who you want to work with before I design anything. Then I map out your pages so each of them has a job.
Website Copywriting
The words are what get bookings. Bring your own copy and I’ll tell you exactly what I need, or let me write it so it sounds like you on your best day.
Website Design
The plan turns into something you can see, designed around your brand and your client’s scroll finger. You’ll give feedback before anything gets built.
Site Build & SEO Setup
I build your approved design on Webflow or Showit with fast pages, your scheduling platform connected, and SEO set up so Google knows who you are.
Launch & Handoff
I connect your domain, test everything, and show you how to make your own updates + access training resources.
I'm the web designer wellness pros call when referrals aren't cutting it.
I've spent almost 7 years building websites. 50+ so far, and 30 of those for beauty and wellness brands, including a whole lot of therapists, counselors, and birth workers. So I know what someone's looking for when they're deciding who to trust with something this personal.
I'm also the client you're trying to reach. I know what makes a woman fill out your contact form at 11pm, and what makes her close the tab and go back to scrolling a directory. I design with both in mind.
Use a website template and you become the designer, copywriter, and tech support, all in between sessions. Hire me and you get one person handling all of it, from our first call to launch day.
Fair warning, most of my clients turn into friends. Years after launch, we're still cheering each other on and I'm still showing up to their events in real life. It's a packaged deal, you get a website and somebody in your corner.
Have Questions?
I already have a Psychology Today profile. Do I really need a website?
Yes, and keep the profile. Most of my therapist clients do. Directories are great at putting you in front of people. They're not great at showing someone how you work, or why you're the one they should be working with out of 40 similar looking profiles on the same page.
Think of your Psychology Today profile as the introduction and your website as the conversation. (Same goes for doula directories, referral networks, and anywhere else people find you.) It's not one or the other, it's both, and I'll make sure they point to each other.
How much does a website for a therapist or wellness professional cost?
Workhorse Websites™ start at $2,000 for a 1-3 page site. 4-6 page sites run $5,000-$7,000, and bigger builds with 7 pages or more start at $8,000. Lots of solo providers and practitioners get started with a smaller site and add on as they grow.
Copywriting and extras like a custom intake form or team member profiles are added on top. The Project Builder does the math for you, so you'll see your estimate before we ever talk.
Do you offer payment plans?
In this economy?? Absolutely. A 30% deposit holds your spot, and the rest can be split into installments throughout your project.
Don’t have the deposit on hand? You can split your investment into four interest-free payments right on your invoice through Klarna.
Can my website handle intake forms?
Yep. I can connect the intake or scheduling tool you already use, or build you a custom HIPAA-compliant intake form, with questions that change based on how someone answers. Both are add-ons you can pick with the Project Builder.
Will my website show up on Google?
That's the goal, and I'll be planning for it from Day 1. Every Workhorse Website™ launches with foundational SEO, which means your pages, headings, and behind-the-scenes setup are organized around what your future clients are searching for, whether that's "trauma therapist near me" or "doula for first time moms."
If you want to keep the SEO support coming after launch, that's what Visibility Retainers are for.
How long does a website take, and how much of my time do you need?
Most builds take 4-8 weeks, depending on how many pages you need. If I'm writing your website copy too, add an additional 1-3 weeks.
On your end, plan to be available 1-2 hours a week (to review designs and share feedback) during active phases of the project. Other than our kickoff and launch day calls, everything happens on your own time. I created this process specifically for people who are with clients all day.
What platform will my website be built on?
Webflow or Showit. Both let me design freely and are easy for you to update later.
I'll recommend one or the other based on your goals, and if you're on another platform right now (i.e. Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.), we'll talk through moving you over.
I need a new logo. Do you offer branding too?
No, I don't offer brand design. However, I do provide color palette and typography options during the design phase if you don't already have them (or they need refreshed).
If you need an updated logo or a full brand identity designed, I'm happy to share a list of trusted brand designers. I'll work closely with whoever you pick to make sure your website and logo/branding feel cohesive.
I submitted my project through the Project Builder. Now what?
As soon as you hit send, you'll go straight to my calendar to book your consultation call. I'll have your project details and estimate in front of me before we talk, so we can jump right into the good stuff.
Build your Workhorse Website™
There's no "contact me for pricing" runaround around here. Plan your website project, see your estimate on Step 5, and when looks good, share a little about your business and hit send.
Your inquiry isn’t a contract; it just starts the convo.
You’ll book your consult call right after you send it.
